How much space do you need to get into my backyard?
My machine is designed for tight-access residential work. As long as you have a standard gate opening (typically 38 to 48 inches), I can usually walk the machine right through. No need to take down sections of your fence!
Will the machine ruin my lawn?
I use rubber-tracked equipment specifically designed to distribute weight evenly. While any machinery moves soil, my mini excavator has a much lighter footprint than a skid steer or a full-sized backhoe, meaning minimal displacement of your turf.
Do I need to worry about underground lines?
Safety is my priority. Before I break ground on any trenching or stump removal project in Douglas County, I require a call to 811 (Call Before You Dig). I won't start the engine until I know where your public water, gas, and electric lines are.
How deep can you dig for trenches?
For drainage, electrical, or footings, my mini excavator can comfortably dig down to 5 – 6.5 feet. This is perfect for most residential utility and landscaping needs.
What do you do with the debris/dirt?
I offer two options: On-site Management (grading the dirt or piling debris on your property) or Full Haul-Away for an additional fee where I remove everything from the site entirely.
What is your pricing structure?
Every job is unique. I offer free local estimates in Roseburg and typically charge either by the project or by a half-day/full-day rate. This ensures you aren't surprised by a bill and only pay for the work getting done.
